I have been meaning to type this down since yesterday. I have all these moments that I swear I will type down, then I get doing something else, and before I know it, the memory has slipped past and is gone forever.
Anyway, yesterday during bath, we were chatting about her hair. She had worn her hair down for a day, and the beautiful curls get terribly tangled after a day or 2 of wearing it down. I was explaining how her hair gets less tangled and is easier to comb thru when we put it up in ponytails rather than wear it down.
She looks up at me from her supine position (she was wetting her hair) with just her face sticking out of the water and said,
"Well, Mommy, when I see you wear your hair some way, it kinda makes me want to wear my hair that way too."
